This is the program I developed for the way I currently train. Strength-forward, core-focused, and mat-based. Using both bodyweight, bands, and dumbbells, these exercises teach foundational movement patterns, building stability and endurance. Pilates-inspired movements and a focus on balance will strengthen your core and shore-up your proprioception. Joint-friendly flows are low-impact but high-yield for an accessible program that builds a strong foundation of overall fitness. As the name implies, you can do this program at home (no gym membership required). However, you’ll need to have the following on-hand to add resistance + weight.

  • Mini bands (Rubber or fabric, dealer’s choice)

  • Bands

  • Dumbbells, 1-5lb (depending on strength level)

  • Dumbbells, 10-30 lb (depending on strength level)
