Our modern world makes many things easier. Having a daily, positive relationship with exercise and fitness is not one of them. Convenience culture, convenience diets, and the demands placed on working people and working families makes it challenging to make time for what matters most. We struggle with self-comparison, self-doubt, and self-sabotage when it comes to working out and eating well. The algorithm feeds us disjointed tips, brain-melting reels, and information that at best is not personalized or relevant to us, and at worst can even be misinformed and contraindicative to our own health and unique needs.
It doesn’t have to be this way. Moving well and feeling good is your birthright. But making the best of what you’ve got is an art.
