Meet Your Trainer
Meet Elizabeth — Marketing Strategist, Trainer, and Creator in Minneapolis
National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) March 2026
Certified Nutrition Coach (CNS) June 2026
I help people build stability, strength, and self-trust through movement, corrective exercise, and nutrition—using approaches that are accessible, evidence-based, and responsive to real bodies and real lives.
My work is grounded in the belief that fitness and wellness should not be reserved for a narrow definition of income level, ability, or health. I specialize in working with people who have been historically excluded from mainstream fitness spaces, including people with mobility limitations, chronic pain, larger-bodied clients, and anyone who has ever felt unwelcome or overlooked in traditional gym or studio environments due to race, class, or ability.
I take an anti-racist, working-class, and decolonial approach to movement and nutrition. We center autonomy and programs that work with real lives. Here, programming meets you where you are. We prioritize wellbeing for a sustainable approach of long-term empowerment and improved health outcomes.
When it comes to exercise, I’m here to help you move better and move more in ways that support longevity, confidence, and daily life. When it comes to food, I help you navigate nutrition through practical, non-restrictive and culturally competent strategies based in positive behavior change.
I’m passionate about movement and nutrition because they are the glue that support our individual and collective wellbeing.

-
Find a movement practice that is safe, effective, and fun for you. If you don’t know what you love yet, we’ll work together to uncover it.
-
Every day when we move our joints, muscles, bones, organs, hormones, and other soft tissues do a little happy jig. If the benefits of exercise could be put in a pill, it would be the most popular drug in the world. Some days things will come up or not go to plan and we can’t get a full workout in. But we can fit in 5 minutes to do something. Don’t have an all-or-nothing mindset.
-
Finding ways to adhere to a movement practice we love isn’t always easy. When we embody the identity of someone who moves every day, it gets easier.
-
Things happen and our days don’t always go to plan. When you miss, make sure the next day you’re back to keeping the promises you made yourself.
-
Boredom can derail our progress. It’s important to try new forms of exercise and new healthy recipes to stay inspired and motivated.
